What we clear out

We take the furniture, boxes and clutter that fill a space, plus anything too big for a car. We clear out:

• Garages, including old furniture, shelving, tools, boxes and broken appliances
• Basements, with everything carried up the stairs and out to the truck
• Sheds. We empty them, and if the shed itself needs to go, we tear it down and haul that too.
• Whole houses, room by room, before a sale, a move or a new tenant
• Estates, when a family has to empty a relative’s home

Estate cleanouts

Clearing a relative’s home is a lot of lifting, sorting and hauling. We take the lifting and hauling off your hands, so the family only has to decide what to keep.

Set aside or mark what the family is keeping, including papers, photos and valuables, and we clear everything else. Once the truck leaves, the items on it cannot be returned, so take out anything that matters first.

You do not need to be home for the pickup when access is arranged. That helps when the family lives out of town or the house is already on the market.

How a cleanout goes

1. Call or text (443) 550-1259, or send photos and the address through the quote form. We reply with a free estimate.
2. We visit, check the amount and the access, and give you the final price before any work starts. The visit is free, with no obligation.
3. Once you agree to the price, we carry everything in the agreed scope out of the house, garage, basement or shed and load it. You do not drag anything outside.
4. We haul it away. We donate usable items when they are accepted, and scrap metal and recyclables go to facilities that take them, when they qualify.

In your request, tell us:

• Which rooms or buildings need clearing, and roughly how full they are
• Whether you need it done today or on a later day
• Stairs, tight turns and the distance to where the truck can park
• Any fridges, freezers, window AC units or dehumidifiers. We confirm those from your photos before the visit.
• Anything hazardous. We do not take items such as oil-based paint, fuels, chemicals or propane tanks, and the full list is in our terms.

What it costs

Every cleanout is different, so we do not have a price list. Your estimate comes from your photos, and the in-person quote sets the final price before any work starts. Photos of the stairs and the path to the driveway make your estimate accurate.

We take jobs up to about 45 miles from North Beach and consider work farther away on request. Annapolis is case by case.
