Can you come another day instead?

Yes. Tell us the days and times that suit you, and we set the date together.

How fast do you reply?

We answer texts within 1 hour, 6 AM to 10 PM, every day. Text (443) 550-1259 with photos.

Do I need to be home?

No, as long as access is arranged. Clearly mark anything that stays.

Where do you work?

We are based in North Beach, MD, and serve Calvert, St. Mary's and Charles counties, plus southern Anne Arundel and southern Prince George's counties. See the towns we serve.

How much does junk removal cost?

It depends on the items, their weight, access and disposal, so every job gets a free estimate from your photos. We charge a $150 minimum.

How do I get a price?

Send photos through our request form, or text them to (443) 550-1259. We reply with a free estimate, then give you the final price in person before any work starts. If you decide not to go ahead, you owe nothing.

When do I pay?

Same-day work is paid in full before we start. A later appointment takes a 20% deposit to hold the date. The rest is paid on the day, before work begins, and the deposit counts toward your total. Businesses and government agencies can pay by purchase order and invoice, due 30 days after the invoice date. We are always willing to work with you on payment.

How can I pay?

Cash, a check handed to us in person, or a credit or debit card.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes. Customers 65 and older get $25 off the agreed price. Ask for it when we quote. When someone you refer completes a job, they get $25 off that job and you get $25 off your next job. We apply one discount per job.

What do you haul?

Most household junk, including:

Can you tear down an old shed?

Yes. We empty the shed, tear it down and haul all of it away. We take down old decks, swing sets and playsets too. Something else? Just ask.

Is there anything you won't take?

We do not take hazardous or regulated waste, like fuels, chemicals, oil-based paint, asbestos or propane tanks. We also do not take tires. The full list is in our terms.

What happens to the stuff you take?

We sort every load and donate or recycle what we can. The landfill is the last resort. See how we sort a load.

Do you work with businesses and government agencies?

Yes. Along with homes, we haul for landlords, property managers, real estate agents, offices and shops. We also work with town, county and state agencies and public facilities. We are Maryland VSBE certified and a registered vendor on eMMA, Maryland's procurement marketplace. Businesses and government agencies can pay by purchase order and invoice. We send a certificate of insurance on request.

How do I know my junk won't get dumped?

After every drop-off, we send you photos of your load at the disposal, donation or scrap site, and the facility's receipt. If it goes to a charity, we pass along the donation receipt. You see that it went somewhere legal and not to the side of the road. Dumped items can be traced back to the person who hired the hauler, so you should get proof. What the law says.

Are you insured?

Yes. Bay Bravo, LLC is fully insured with general liability and commercial auto. Need a certificate of insurance before we start? Ask and we send one.
