Mattress removal and disposal

Bay Bravo removes old mattresses, box springs and bed frames from homes across Southern Maryland. We carry them out of the bedroom, down any stairs and onto our truck, then haul them away for disposal. How the job goes

1. Call or text (443) 550-1259, or send a photo of the mattress and the way out through the quote form. Tell us if you need it gone today.
2. We reply with a free estimate.
3. At the visit, you get the final price in person. Work starts only after you agree to it.
4. We carry the mattress, box spring and frame out and load them. You do not lift anything.
5. You check the truck before we leave, because nothing comes back once we drive off.

A metal bed frame goes to scrap when it qualifies. We lawfully dispose of the rest.

What it costs

There is no price list. The estimate from your photo is free, and the in-person quote that sets the final price is free and carries no obligation. If you turn that price down, you owe nothing.

What to tell us

The more we know from your request, the closer your estimate is to the final price. Include:

• A photo of each mattress, box spring and frame
• The size, and whether the bed has an adjustable base
• Which floor the bed is on, the stairs and turns on the way out, and where the truck can park
• Your address, whether you need it gone today or on a later day, and whether you will be home
• Whether the mattress is wet from a leak or a flood, or has bed bugs

A soaked mattress is far heavier than a dry one, so tell us how wet it is. Before we arrive, strip the bedding, unplug an adjustable base, and clear anything you want to keep from under the bed.

Why homeowners call us

A mattress is awkward to move. It bends, it catches on stair rails and landings, and a queen or king will not fit in most cars. We carry it out for you and take it away in one visit.

Need it gone today? We do same-day pickups. We work 6 AM to 10 PM every day, so an evening or a weekend works too. You do not need to be home for the pickup when access is arranged. Bay Bravo is veteran-owned and runs one truck out of North Beach.

Areas we cover

We haul mattresses from homes in North Beach and Chesapeake Beach, Calvert County, St. Mary’s County, Charles County, southern Anne Arundel County and southern Prince George’s County. Jobs run up to about 45 miles from North Beach.

We consider work farther away on request, and Annapolis is case by case.
