What we take down

We take each structure apart where it stands and load every piece onto our truck. We take down:

• Old decks, including the boards, railings, stairs and framing
• Old sheds, along with whatever is stored inside
• Wooden playsets with forts, slides and climbing walls
• Metal swing sets and jungle gyms
• Anything stored under the deck or around the playset that you want gone

What to tell us

Good photos let us send an estimate that fits the job. In your request, include:

• Photos of the whole structure from two or three sides
• The rough size of the deck and how high it sits off the ground
• The path from the structure to where the truck can park
• Anything stored under or on it that should go too
• Whether you need it gone today or on a later day

Deck posts and swing set legs often sit in concrete footings or are held down by ground anchors. We look at them with you at the in-person quote and talk through what happens to them. The quote sets the work included, so you know the scope before we start.

Propane tanks stay behind, because we do not take them. Our terms list the other items we do not take.

How the job goes

1. Call or text (443) 550-1259, or send photos through the quote form. We reply with a free estimate.
2. We visit, look at the structure and the route to the truck, and give you the final price. The visit is free, with no obligation.
3. Once you agree to the price, we take the deck, shed or playset apart, carry every piece to the truck and load it.
4. We haul it all away. Steel from metal swing sets and jungle gyms goes to scrap facilities that accept it, when it qualifies.

You do not need to be home for the pickup when access is arranged. Tell us how to reach the backyard, and we handle the rest.

What it costs

We do not have a price list. Your estimate comes from your photos, and the in-person quote sets the final price before any work starts. Show the whole route to the truck in your photos so your estimate is accurate.
